How my symptoms showed up
POTS: felt flushed and weak rather than dizzy; standing still made things worse than walking
Migraine: no head pain, but pressure sensitivity around my temples and jaw
Lupus: skin felt reactive and warm; fatigue paired with a mild “sick” heaviness
Disorder safety check
Condition | Verdict | Notes |
POTS | Helpful | Cooling + salt helped with flushing |
Lupus | Safe | No inflammatory load; skin tolerated well |
Vestibular migraine | Safe | No sharp flavors or sugar spike |
Ingredients (1 serving)
Ripe tomatoes, sliced thick
Ripe peach, sliced
Burrata cheese
Fresh basil or spinach
Olive oil
Salt and black pepper
Optional: chili flakes or lemon zest
How I made it
Slice and rest: Slice tomatoes and peaches into wedges. Arrange on a plate and sprinkle lightly with salt. Let sit 3–5 minutes so juices release.
Add burrata: Place burrata on the plate and tear it open gently so it spreads into the fruit.
Finish: Drizzle olive oil generously. Add basil or spinach. Finish with black pepper and optional chili flakes or zest if tolerated.
