About Me

I deal with symptoms every day—dysautonomia, lupus, and vestibular migraines—and I spent the last three years being misdiagnosed. When lupus landed me in the ER with kidney failure, I began writing down what I could eat and actually function on. That grew into this site: simple, practical recipes and notes from real life, not theory. If it helps you get through a morning or make it to class, it’s doing its job.

“Hi Devon! Im a student at Wakeforest. I have POTS and cant cook for the life of me lmao. Your recipes have done wonders for my symtpoms and my diet. Before finding your page on instagram I solely relied on liquid IV for salt intake/symtpom control. Now catering my whole diet to targeting POTS, I am expericiencing signifgantly fewer dizzy spells and can now enjoy my day. I feel like I have my life back."
