Symptom Check in:

I've had a rash and low grade fever all day - classic lupus flare for me. I wanted a cold, antioxidant-rich drink that would calm inflammation without chasing sodium.

Disorder

Helpful?

Rationale

Lupus

✔︎ Yes

Berries supply anthocyanins; coconut milk adds lauric acid; collagen offers glycine—together they dampen oxidative stress.

POTS

✖︎ No

Sodium < 100 mg—won’t raise blood volume. Add ⅛ tsp salt if you need it.

Vestibular migraine

⚠︎ Caution

Dairy yogurt is moderate histamine; swap coconut yogurt if fermented dairy triggers you.
