How my symptoms showed up
POTS: that hollow, jittery feeling where my heart felt fine but my body clearly needed something - mild tremor in my hands, worse when I stood up
Migraine: early nausea without head pain, plus sensitivity to heaviness or grease
Lupus: no joint pain, but a low-grade internal fatigue where dense foods sounded unappealing
Disorder safety check
Condition | Verdict | Notes |
POTS | Helpful | Quick carbs + hydration reduced shakiness |
Lupus | Safe | Light, anti-inflammatory |
Vestibular migraine | Cautious but helpful | Avoided grease and strong smells |
Ingredients (1 serving)
Ripe papaya, cubed
Fresh blueberries
Pumpkin seeds
Flaxseeds
Optional: cinnamon or a pinch of salt
How I made it
Prep the fruit
Cube papaya into bite-sized pieces. Rinse blueberries and pat dry.
Assemble
Add fruit to a bowl, layering papaya first, blueberries on top.
Add seeds
Sprinkle pumpkin seeds and flaxseeds evenly so every bite gets a little texture.
Season lightly
Add a pinch of cinnamon or salt if tolerated - just enough to keep it from tasting flat.
