Ingredients (1 serving)

  • Thinly sliced cucumbers

  • Soy sauce or tamari

  • Sesame oil

  • Sesame seeds

  • Chili oil or chili crisp

  • Optional rice vinegar


How I made it

  • Slice cucumbers thinly.

  • Toss with soy sauce, sesame oil, and vinegar if using.

  • Finish with sesame seeds and chili oil.

Eat cold. Slowly. Stop early if it stops helping.
