Ingredients (1 serving)
Thinly sliced cucumbers
Soy sauce or tamari
Sesame oil
Sesame seeds
Chili oil or chili crisp
Optional rice vinegar
How I made it
Slice cucumbers thinly.
Toss with soy sauce, sesame oil, and vinegar if using.
Finish with sesame seeds and chili oil.
Eat cold. Slowly. Stop early if it stops helping.
