Ingredients (1 serving)
Two slices sturdy bread
Cheese that melts well (mozzarella or similar)
Sautéed mushrooms
Soft leafy greens (spinach or similar)
Butter or oil for grilling
How I made it
Sauté mushrooms until soft and deeply cooked.
Add greens just until wilted.
Layer vegetables and cheese between bread slices.
Grill slowly until the bread is crisp and the cheese is fully melted.
Eat warm. Sitting down. No rushing.
