Ingredients (1 serving)

  • Two slices sturdy bread

  • Cheese that melts well (mozzarella or similar)

  • Sautéed mushrooms

  • Soft leafy greens (spinach or similar)

  • Butter or oil for grilling


How I made it

  • Sauté mushrooms until soft and deeply cooked.

  • Add greens just until wilted.

  • Layer vegetables and cheese between bread slices.

  • Grill slowly until the bread is crisp and the cheese is fully melted.

Eat warm. Sitting down. No rushing.


Why I’d make this again

  • Warm food settles my nervous system
