How my symptoms showed up
Sharp pain in my temples with intermittent nausea
Light sensitivity but no spinning
Skin calm earlier, later noticed a butterfly rash spreading toward my neck
Disorder safety check
Condition | Verdict | Notes |
POTS | Helpful | Eating early + protein helped stabilize me |
Lupus | Safe | No inflammatory triggers |
Vestibular migraine | Depends | Persimmon is fine for me in small portions |
Ingredients (1 serving)
Plain yogurt (full-fat or Greek)
Ripe persimmon, sliced
Granola (not overly sweet)
Peanut butter
Optional drizzle of honey or olive oil
How I made it
Spoon yogurt into a bowl and smooth it out.
Add granola on one side.
Layer persimmon slices next to it.
Finish with a spoon of peanut butter and a light drizzle if needed.
Eat slowly. Before symptoms escalate.
Why I’d make this again
Sweet without being destabilizing
Easy to portion based on how I feel
Works when I need food but not heaviness
