Ingredients (1 serving)

  • Steamed or boiled dumplings

  • Cooked leafy greens (bok choy or similar)

  • Chili oil or sauce (light amount)

  • Optional soy sauce or sesame oil


How I made it

  • Cook dumplings until just tender.

  • Warm greens until soft.

  • Drizzle lightly with sauce or oil.

Eat warm. Sitting down. Slowly.
