Symptom check-in
POTS: I had dizziness every time I stood up today and my heart rate jumped fast - I needed something warm and easy today, so I salted the soup and ate it sitting down.
Vestibular migraine: I had vertigo even when I was not moving today, and nausea came in waves - hot soup was the only thing that felt safe today.
Lupus: I had no rash, no body aches, no fever, and no nausea from my anti-rejection meds today.
